What an odd clip. Reminds me of the DB/Z scenes where the characters have such a fast-paced fight scene that the other characters struggle to follow their movements with their eyes. But even in those scenes, they still make sure that the audience of the story can easily follow everything and understand what's going on. The flow of action is smooth and legible.
With a shot of the eyes moving wildly left and right, it seems they deliberately meant for the audience to think "whoa they're so fast that you can't even see what's going on". Since I haven't seen this episode, I'm not gonna judge it. Maybe the scene works well enough in its context. Still, I'd hesitate to say there's any "fight choreography" in that clip. Usually that word stands for a sequence where the characters perform a set of movements/actions/etc. But I can't see what anyone's doing there. All I can see is a lightshow of special effects.
