To my knowledge, none of the offending tweets are preserved in the Internet Archive, nor did anyone seem to notice and comment on them at the time (funny enough, it seems the Japanese side of the internet barely took notice of the transcript, and when they did, focused entirely on the Rica stuff), so most seem to have made a reasoned conclusion based on Yajima's last tweet being for Clemont and Bonnie's return episode, which was immediately before Serena's (JN103/104 vs. JN105), and it was that one that has dozens of replies mysteriously nuked. Since he never made any tweet about her return episode itself, most have reasoned that whatever negative reaction the leaked transcript speaks of had to be prior to the episode's airing, not in reaction to anything in it, and so was most likely in the week after her design got leaked but before her episode aired, leading him to make the prudent decision not to tweet about the episode, lest he draw more threatening comments, on top of obviously not wanting to acknowledge magazine leaks of the show. Since the theory that Serenafags harassed him rests entirely on the belief that some of them were mad about how the episode played out, it's unlikely to have been them if the harassment can reasonably be dated to before its airing. That said, unless any of the offending tweets can be recovered, it'll stay at least somewhat uncertain.
