Women have been helping to make quality vidya for decades, anon. The problem is the growing number of women and "women" who get pushed into influential positions just because of they're women or "women" and not for meritocratic reasons. Which is weird, because modern games cost way too much to make to risk mucking up the production pipeline like this, but they still do it for some reason.
