For an even deeper journey check all the new armours, 360 cameras(Israeli tech is top tier),anti drone, EMP devices etc. The industry is booming.
Tank's aren't obsolete, their role however has changed when facing peer to peer enemies and adapting to drones is an evolving process as new drones are developed every other month, every major nation is closely watching the war in Ukraine because of it with China making immediate and visible changes to its hardware and warfare doctrines from lessons and combat data gathered in the Ukraine. They also figured out at last that yes, NCO's are the key to an army and have been pushing it hard the last three years, its shocking it took them the Ukraine war to realise that corporals,sergeants and warrant officers are the backbone to your army, not officers.
You'll also never find a soldier anywhere unhappy to see the support of a friendly tank covering them and you'll never find a soldier not fearing the arrival of an enemy tank.
