Alright, there are several things in my apartment that need fixing and the God damn management is all Hispanic (Mexican specifically) that barely speak any English. I told them about the problems a month ago and they said they would come by to fix but essentially lied. Luckily the super was at the apartment when I called the biggest thing that will be a pain in the ass to replace is my guest room window. At least it's the lower pane, hopefully should be fixed by next week
