You might be able to find one a bit cheaper if you look around. To get one larger than this you will probably have to go for a standard monochromatic lcd screen, but if you are already putting together a screen with a microcontroller, you can easily get a slightly beefier mcu and go for a regular lcd screen, or use something like a pi zero to interface with it.

Shame about the hard disk failing, this computer is still really cool. I bet I could boot it if I had the right floppy with dos on it.
