The problem is with you guys needing perfect echoes and wasting resources by not using your echo exp and tuners correctly. Literally all you need on every DPS echo is to have crit rate and crit damage on every piece as substat. That is it. Anything more is a bonus. Yes, even min rolls. You also don't need to farm an echo for every single character. Just the 1.0 Fusion set can be used on like 5 resonators including Brant. You can literally put a single good Moonlit set on any sub-dps. On a healer set you don't even have to care about anything just have a single energy regen sub-stat on every single piece. You know what, fine, I spoonfeed you.

Healer Echoes:
Have 1 ATK and 1 HP rejuv set you can use on a healer depending on what they scale with. On both set all you need is an energy regen sub-stat for every echo piece.
ATK rejuv:
4cost Healing bonus
3costs energy regen
1cost ATK

HP rejuv:
4cost HP
3costs energy regen
1cost HP

Sub-dps sets:
Every piece needs crit rate and crit damage sub-stat but nothing more.

Moonlit
43311 or 44111
If 43311 then:

1cost ark

Empyrean: same as Moonlit, just use Hecate as 4cost dmage difference between other echoes is 1%.

DPS sets:
Every piece should have crit rate and crit damage sbu-stat. Nothing else needed and the crit can be minimal value too.
4costs crit r/d (opposite of what your weapon gives. if your weapon doesn't give crit then go for crit rate)
3costs elemental damage (same as set gives. In some cases ATK give more damage, but the difference is only like 3% while elemental damage will be good forever for any resonator even if they won't scale with ATK)
