Arabians have been making chocolate speciality desserts for years lole
A big market specifically is coffee sweets.
Plus seeing a category of dessert I've been eating since childhood get inflated in price and turned disgusting to appease some mindless American consumers is an experience to say the least.
I remember munching down on pistachio chocolate pancakes during holidays and occasionally stealing the coffee sweets/desserts from the adults during family gatherings, accidentally grabbing the pistachio cream-filled chocolates instead.
Yet Nestle here is stealing traditional sweets we've been making for cheap for years and inflating its value, with zero grace in its presentation, looking more like a bad attempt at replicating our fancy treats, and also making it harder for local businesses to continue making these at the same price or amount they used to.
