So, I actually shilled out real money to get a physical copy of Prioli's book. I've only skimmed through it yet, but here's the part where she describes her rape in Juba. For the next hundred or so pages after that she waxes poetically about how she's now traumatised and how she eventually overcomes it or whatever. She mentions that fake BBC video once, apparently her story is one of those told there.

A full scan of the rape-related parts of the book (from her arriving in africa to the end) will be part of the next Reader update, whenever that may come out.
