damn it's hard to not pick Exterminatus, even if I try to play as more profit oriented Crime Lord. Having a daemon world at your realm's doorstep from which constant cults and invasions would emanate fucking sucks long term. But I think I will save reactor and maybe Commoners. My character doesn't have to be entirely logical and doing right thing constantly after all
