The only rule is the end result is a gyaru of some kind, but it MUST grant a new change to the target, or alter a trait into something new, but slightly sluttier. This means if you keep targeting yourself, you'll slowly get sluttier, but it IS effective immortality, if you'd take it.

The beam takes a month to work on the same target again, and while you cannot REMOVE anything that wasn't temporary, you can CHANGE things about your subjects, so long as there's an equivalent exchange of sluttiness. You could change a venus bodytype into an hourglass, swap a dick out for a puffy pussy, make a futa only female by putting bush where the dick was, change hair from blonde to pink, make a hole loose instead of tight, etc.

This also works on mental changes, but it's weird. Dominant can swap with submissive, but dumb? That's hard to change, ESPECIALLY if you hit yourself with IQ reduction, but it can be done. One way is to grant a fetish that requires intelligence, such as bondage rigging, but that could still end in an "idiot savant" deal. I'll let you figure it out.
