Andor really is the ultimate litmus test for who is and who isn't a retard who only cares about lightsabers- if all the Empire scenes didn't scream original Imperials to you you're absolutely one of those retards who fast forwarded through the talking parts as a 10 year old sperg.
The only thing Andor did was expand on the image of the Empire already presented and add a different perspective on the rebels really- all the spy shit that got encapsulated as 'some guys died to bring us this info.' Both of these things it succeeded in spades pretty successfully.
