i dont have friends really, im making en effort. Im talking and meeting up with people. Its not like im doing nothing. But its still hard

Yeah for the most part. There are pletny of women in my classes, about a quarter to third. The majority of them are chinese.

I try to befriend them, i speak some mandarin. But frankly a lot of them are spoiled rich kids because the only kind of chinese student that gets into an expensive highly ranked american university is probably very loaded and from an SEZ

Unfortunately this is a top20 research school not a middle range liberal arts school. They had good test scores and grades in high school
