Yes. A lot of the companies that manufacture female chastity belts also manufacture male ones with the "full belt" design. They are very expensive though as they have to be custom made to fit the wearer. The cheap chinese ones are not even worth buying, too flimsy, literally held together with just a few pins. Flimsy and chastity should not belong in the same sentence
