Yeah I would focus on the Special Week level and dupes if you can get them all before the event ends having that 50 on your team will be good for a while. Your super rares are pretty good too, if you don't have SC or FM it may get harsh if you have to borrow them every time, but as you can see here, some people are pushing just fine with lower level builds. Just make sure to focus on what you need + using your races, rests, and summers as best you can. Meanwhile look for 7-9* friends with Super Creek or Fine Motion at level 50 as your borrow card, and focus on characters that get the most from the skills your current cards provide.
