You can have 1 Apex Detachment (with a MotL) with 3 Vanguards, plus another from that det's Logistical, plus a Logistical from the Main det.
You'll probably need to use your free (SM) Aux detachment on a Heavy Transport detachment, since deepstrike is fucked after all.
