I'm asking since the weapon took me many more summons than the costumes. I rerolled around 15 times to get the title with each roll doing 4 costume summons + 10 pet summons so it took around 60 summons to get the title. weapon took me 45 or so since it was the next highest power spike. when i switched to the outfit I got 5 pieces (the 4 im wearing + 1 dupe) and the highest i ever went before getting an S was 17/60 summons. I switched to single summons after noticing I was getting costumes really early in pity. But basically I got the full costume set in under $30 with the first time purchase bonus.

All the items share the same pity so either I was incredibly lucky on the outfit parts, or they have a higher rate in general and if they do, you should never switch your pity to costume pieces and just go for weapon if you have a built some pity. obviously super small sample size so it could be wildly incorrect. the in game just says 1.6% for whatever you have chosen as rate up so that doesn't really help much
