Yeah rumor is they will do Figment first which I'm also surprised by. Maybe with how good the new TT redo is looking maybe an update will actually be good. SSE desperately needs an update though. Some of the obscure rumors I've heard/read is that they won't make an announcement on a full update until next year's D23. No idea what this refurb is for other than general maintenance which it really needs.
