It is much harder to spot those in here because the tick rate for spectator view is horrendously low. And another thing that helps obscure this is the fact that controller auto aim works overtime if you're running the game at a high frame rate (>144), this buffs auto aim by a significant margin. Moving onto spotting them, obvious clues are aim mode instant snaps to characters in close range (you are definitely not hitting everything at 10 FOV/fish lens with low mouse sens although this can also be auto aim), micro-adjustments to their aim immediately after flicking while sprint dash jumping (perhaps impossible to notice on the current tickrate) or floaty aim with nearly no adjustments combined with movement while landing every single hit.

It's nothing new and it affects every FPS game at this point. Hell, CS2 still has a hard time figuring it out with replays on an actual decent tickrate, such as 128 on FACEIT/unofficial/etc and 64 on official servers. Unfortunately, Valve's still busy developing their AI anti-cheat but it's been shown to be very promising so for now we just gotta deal with it if they bought really good and expensive cheats and report suspicious script users.
