well if you're speaking strictly DPS, as in not DPS done as a support but as in the role of DPS, I'd assume it's one of the hybrid healers like Br*nt or Cantarella, who occupy a less explicitly healer role and probably have a bit higher DPS, but in terms of actual support burst damage Shorekeeper's special intro nuke does a lot of damge if you build her up
