What would the recruitment conditions be? I'd think you still have to keep Nino and Jaffar alive, just to make sure you're completing the normal secondary objectives. You also had to visit the village in Unfulfilled Heart and talked to her with your main lord (you get the item anyway, but only your main lord can set the flag for her recruitment), along with something else to be done in Battle Before Dawn.
