If i do barbell hip thrust and feel nothing in butt area, does that mean i am doing exercise wrong?
I do try to lift barbell focusing with butt, but it feels like my knees with muscles below butt doing all the work. Should i do stops for like 5 seconds for each barbell lift or so?
