I think I might start taking a low dose of antidepressant (lower than the dose I just stopped)

I want to get off them for good, but withdrawals are a real thing. My withdrawals could take weeks before I get back to normal. If I just take a low dose of the drug it should satisfy my brain (ruined by the drugs in the first place) a bit more. So I will be able to function. Then I can gradually come off them.

I hate psychiatry so much. They did this to my brain.
