Realistically, he wouldn't. He would have another catastrophic melty about why Betty doesn't love him and/or why she cares more about Barry/Jr/Sovic/Skull/seethers than him, and then proceed to badmouth her to cut herself or kill herself for days. Afterwards he will either act as if nothing happened and say Betty loves him more because he's subhuman scum, or apologize profusely and suicide bait (again).
