Thats where we disagree, I don't believe that everyone who wants to go to Mare Fair should be able to go. You can see some of the reasons mentioned by anons in this very thread, between all the shitflinging. I've never really heard of a con actually limiting attendance to be fair, but many of them also are dead now, either in spirit or in reality. And when have we ever limited ourselves to doing what every other con does, not being like other cons is what's so great about Mare Fair. Why do you think the cosplay contest is making so much drama? Last year it was light hearted, fun, and anon run. This year they have decided to bring on an offboarder to make a more serious contest. I think that is what is rubbing people the wrong way, though it comes out through shitposting
