Guardian and Executor both have shit abilities, Guardian because if you're in a group whose already been 3-downed each the runs over, and Executors only being good early because later you'll get your shit slapped out of it instantly
Executor is good because of his katana moveset, and Guardian can be an absolute tank if built right and you aren't a shitter, I rarely ever use either of their abilities when playing them
