The whole point of the illusion is pretanding eveythign is going great as usual in Anor Londo.
Why would Gwyndolin add non-existant stuff to the illusion, for anyone who actually knows the place to imediatly call out?
Let's not even mention the fact her bed is physical, not an illusion, so was Gwyndolin realy into carpentry in addition to his magic?
