The Pallid Hand are a sub faction of death guard. Unlike other DG who were caught in the warp and had the destroyer hives virus' turn their armor green these guys are still in their original Dusk Raider colours but infected wit a virus called "Ferric Blight" that turns their blood and anything it touches into rust. Theres a similar faction in the GSC but as a certified flight of the eiststein enjoyer its near to paint them in their original colours then mank it up with typhus corrosion, a streaking grime reductive wash and some dirty down.
I used to always paint mine the default since 3rd edition and always wanted to try Pallid Hand and the new codex and finding the dark imperium stuff in a backlog pile gave me the push.
Its a nice change of pace but ffffuck do you go through screaming skull like a motherfucker.
