Circumcision jokes are in bad taste because they make fun of innocent children who could not consent to being mutilated and were betrayed by their parents to make a quick buck and are not directed at the psychos who subject their children to the scalpel and the monsters who perform the deed. The practice should be illegal, any parents who agreed to it should be sued by their children, and severe legal consequences should befall the "surgeons", ideally, capital punishment.
I'm one of the lucky, intact Americans with normal parents who decided against it and it doesn't feel right to gloat about the mutilation of infants. Making fun of cutfags is just cruel. They will never be whole, and they were betrayed by their parents in their infancy, the period in their lives where they are entirely dependent on their parents for survival, to appease a psychotic death cult and beauty industry.
