entirely a forced issue. Nobody who actually cares complains since only manchildren care that much.

Also the theropod of 'saurophaganax' still exists since there absolutely has been remains of some truly giant allosauroid, possibly distinct. It's just lost due to name rules and also due to the fact it was never a formally acknowledged taxon.
