Reporting and by extension account bans are completely useless
Vast majority of cheaters that get banned just come back on new accounts
No matter how many thousands of bans, how many years, the cheaters just dont decrease
Its just endlessly churning the same handful of people through new UIDs and nothing changes
Punishing people after the fact achieves nothing, games need to be built to actively inhibit the functionality of cheats in the first place
