After yous were on about it all day on here yday i forgot my spf50 today,i lit never forget it,,I was in such a rush n panic about the dentist i jst had a shower n ran out the door nd its when i got to the bus stop i tohought fuck fuck fuck.ITs jst on willyweather it says moderate UV today but it says 5.3 which is only 0.7 away from 6 which is High. I was chasing the shade nd googling How painful is skin cancer nd jst feeling down in the dumps about it.I jst hate when i forget things.ITs like when i lost my phone its not about the thing itself its the principle it upsets me.The damage is done now nehow.Am rubbing everything with aftersun.Need a lie down big time.
