Yeah, that's what I was trying to do with >>532018220
I used the original 480p framebuffer, XBR'd the sprites, then downsampled it to 360p-ish with scanlines to hide the filter-slop on the sprites. This is as close to a cohesive image as I could get out of the game. Better than the original seen here >>531863686 where it's mixed res mugen-tier crap. At least in my opinion.

I half-agree but integer usually means wasted screen real estate. Sharp-bilinear can fill the screen as much as possible, reserving aspect ratio and preserving the pixel grid. Some people just desire that over a subjective CRT look and it's probably better for screenshots. I'll run shaders over 240p games all day, though.
