Should've done what the Khan did. March in, kill every male older than 10, sell the survivors into slavery, and pile up all the skulls outside the charred ruins of Kabul, then leave. It's literally the only way you can beat them, everyone else marched in with their naive gay notions of peace and teaching them to be better and they lost.
