Might be worth trying some ballbusting/cbt related tags, maybe 'skindentation' during the inpaint. And 'prehensile tail', 'tail coil', or maybe even 'coiling' could help to have the tail be more actively grabbing/wrapping.
And you can de-weight the 'balls/testicles' part of your prompt if you want them occluded more.
