I think a fair amount of people share this opinion, his design is recognizably villainous, sharp and contrasting, his long white hair also gives some limited Sephiroth vibes. However the fact he absolutely couldn't back up his rad appearance kinda just makes him come across as an edgy highschool kid that makes school-shooting jokes during recess but folds at the slightest confrontation.
