I wonder if linkrel might work better than a pneumatic ram, as long as it was a hydroxy torch and you had good ventilation to keep it from getting too hot, thermal spallation might go faster than pneumatic rams

Hell yeah bunkers, Nuclear War Survival Skills by Kearney is a must-read for some really choice diagrams and great info. I think the Kearney Air Pump is legitimately a great choice for high volume low pressure ventilation
