I wish there was a concise word to make fun of this archetype of person, like a "basedboy" or "wagie" counterpart. I want to effortlessly dismiss them without typing something deep about the meaning of life every time.
I feel like they keep springing up everywhere-- people who want to achieve a goal, but get so lost in the means they use to get there that the original goal is forgotten altogether. This guy is literally OBSESSED with the aesthetics of productivity without caring at all about what he is actually achieving. He will buy one million useless chinkshit gadgets, fall for every /g/ meme, type neofetch, peacock all his "progress" on social media, and wonder why nothing helps.
