Warp drive technology already exists and is being operated by humans. Not sure if it's feasible to use for bringing supplies and people to Mars yet (I'd guess yes) but it can certainly fly around Earth.

I discovered 4chan and also watched Zeitgeist when I was like 13 and even though most of that film I later realized was bullshit, the fact that something as dark and in the open as 9/11 could happen as a deliberate orchestrated act by the intelligence community pretty much traumatized me and made me a lifelong shithead.
Then many years later in 2019 I saw a UFO along with aliens on the ground and immediately that night got the living shit kicked out of me by 2 government agents who told me they were Men In Black essentially. After recovering from that I was a little bit bitter, shall we say?
