Emperor Shield is pretty much all you want. Officer Based Parties want at least one GS for Armormaxxing so your party survives until buffs are online.
Obviously Voidborn for INT+INT instead of FEL+INT for GS skills.
Make Idira cast all the other schools. Jimmy is better of wearing Psyker's Armor(this game's Rovagug's Axe) and going Pyromancer Route.
