Matter is matter. Time isn't real, only movement of matter. Time is only a word we use to describe our perception of the movement of matter. Time exists to us because our brains' have a memory encoding and recall capability. If temperature drops to absolute zero time doesn't exist because movement doesn't exist so the matter in question might as well be eternally changeless, frozen in time. But temperature is a more real thing than time.
