Ghost peppers are overrated on how hot they are, I mean sure, they got some heavy-hitting spice, but people act like it can kill you or some shit.
Granted, I don't really slather the strips in it, so take that with a grain of salt. I also have a roasted garlic kind of soy sauce, but I save that for rice dishes.
