for pre icc
>park alts in front of entrance
>log on main
>kill everything before last boss on 25man
>exit raid
repeatable steps start here
>create group
>alt + f4
>log in with alt and apply to your group
>alt f4
>log in with main and invite
>alt f4
>log in with alt, accept, enter raid on 25 man
>wait until you get lead automatically
>kick main from group
>kill last boss
>repeat on every alt until you get the mount

for ICC (might work with firelands and DS but havent tested it)
>park every alt at entrance
>log on main and kill everything but lich king AND 1 more boss (2 if you cant heal green dragon cuz ur too cheap for bandages) on 25 man NORMAL
>exit instance
>create group
>alt f4
repeatable steps start here
>log on alt
>kill marrowgar on 25 man HEROIC
>exit raid
>THEN apply to group
>alt f4
>invite on main (main difficulty should still be 25 man NORMAL)
>alt f4
>log on main
>accept, enter raid and kill the last remaining boss before lich king (dont need to wait to become leader and kick main)
>leave group
>exit raid
>enter raid back on 25 man HEROIC
>your ID is now bugged and you can skip to heroic lich king
>repeat as many times as you want
It sounds long but it saves a ton of time in retrospect
