Ironically, modern dungeons are easier on lower difficulties.
Before cata, it was common for tank to eat all the stuns, disorients, mortal strikes that easily stack over 100% and so on.

I don't know about 'universally', but I did hate the Fyr'alath acquisition.
Aside from the ridiculous chance to drop it had that, I was a little hype for the questline to get it done. I missed long and interesting quest lines to build up cool weapons.
That hype very quickly died off because it's not even an interesting series of events to make it usable.
Like, I enjoyed the quest line to make Shadowmourne or Tiriosh. As grindy as they also were, they had some cool plot elements to them as a big build up, they took you to difference places, there was some side stuff happening to the main threat those classes got to see.

This shit was just pay through the nose for materials (or have friends/alts with a shitton of them) and do nonsensical shit like juggle a ball for an hour or whatever the hell that quest I've repressed from my mind was.
So yeah, I don't necessarily mind the random drop aspect, as bullshit as it feels, but the random drop + absolute nonsensical bullshit to make the damn weapon along with it without being remotely interesting or paralleled to the current ongoings is lame as fuck. Especially if they add a stupid high gold price (or craft material farm instead of unique quest item) to it.

I think there's something workable there but it's not reflected well in game. The Radiant Song remains a vague mystery box mostly used to indicate something is wrong because K'aresh had the same thing. If the sword is what's turning titan constructs crazy I don't think it has been illustrated well for casual players.

Guardian issue from memory it did no fucking damage, which honestly could be a skill isssue with not enough catweaving. Paladin also got nerfed alot beyond glyph of the battle healer. Prot warrior also got heavily buffed throughout the xpack.

No, it's pretty much explained in the 100 disc fragment turn-ins that it's Azeroth doing the titan constructs.
It's also explained in the Theater Troupe stories if you care enough to pay attention to it.
It's also somehow explained that world souls aren't really titans, but rather their own thing and that titans basically groom it to their own.
That's why they have earthen (their work drones) build these massive underground facilities, which are meant to contain the world soul.
However, Azeroth is super powerful (which is what attracts the titans in the first place) and with the earthen being always close to the planet's core (where the world soul is, or so I assume) the get influenced by it - turn into diamond, like Magni and plenty others have before.
Which is why titans have earthen format their memory and that's their whole story arch in S1 of TWW.

Any tank struggles with threat because dps are fucking retard unload their biggest dam CDs while you're still gathering packs.
The issue with prot is that their aoe taunt is used as an aoe interrupt.
Still better than prot paladin, whose aoe taunt is on 3 min CD and is also the ultimate defensive.

1) Coherency of the items in the game and have them be treated as real, physical objects rather than stat blocs made out of light.

2) Just design your character's clothing in the character creation screen so that you look the way you want from the very beginning, and have items just purely be stats that don't change your characters appearance at all.

And then you don't have to deal with the Frankenstein system that is transmog at all.

That's what the entire plot has been leading to you moron. They've made it very clear that the titan vs old god war is basically just a divorced couple fighting over custody of their kid

Titans aren't "bad guys" but they're beings of order. You either fall in line with them or they either make you or destroy you. Old Gods/Void are the opposite form. The void holds no maliciousness but it consumes all whether you like it or not
