Why did they add Earthen, the least popular racce in the World of Warcraft? Have you ever seen a bearded female Earthen player character?

We are told ad nauseum by the writers through the game that she is innocent and that she was just being mind controlled and that you should feel bad for hating her. She isn't remorseful at all and kinda just fucks off to the maw and accepts her punishment because otherwise she'll get murdered by all the people she's willingly betrayed.
