That one specifically is a broken sword where everything above the broken part is flame. And its used by a Titan.
Its droprate is very very low.

Not really. Aside from a couple specific races, I think the game needs to focus on its gameplay loops (and maybe story/characters) rather than expansion gimmicks. 13 classes, 39 specs, and like 20 races. The game is starting to get bloated with character choice instead of refining the core aspects of both its world and gameplay. At the very least they should make it where a race or class or even spec is a rare treat and not an expectation of every other expac.

Every leak with "Le Heroic World" is a fake cause it was announced recently in Legion Remix (so every leaker has hoped onto it).
Legion Remix is a testing ground for such a mode. They wouldnt implement it beforehand for Midnigh.
