I started playing this a couple week ago and it's been a great game. So much so, I didn't understand why people hated it so much. Then I got to the Ironwood chapter and it all went downhill so fast.

Another Atreus story? Sure whatever the last one wasn't too bad. What's this? A negress? Okay, fine whatever, this game is from that time period. She's the most obnoxious manic pixie girl and now I'm forced to sit through a teenage drama while doing the most retarded side missions like riding a literal ox while picking apples???? I haven't touched this game bro. I can't bring myself to play it anymore. What the actual fuck were they thinking?

It's God of War and I'm being forced to sit through some rehash of a disney channel movie. I'm sick. I was having so much fun, and then they did this shit. Completely killed all enjoyment. Is the game even worth pushing through this bullshit for? I can't just zone out and do it, they trickle feed you shit about the overarching story so you're forced to pay attention to the mind numbingly boring puppy love flirting and side quests.
