Interesting. Honestly, the ADHD is the least of my problems. With talk therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, I’ve been able to learn how to harness the ADHD and utilize it to my benefit. I worked for over a decade in high end restaurants and held various titled chef positions around the country. The fact that I was able to get really good at that kind of work was in part thanks to the ADHD because I am naturally able to do 6-10 things at once and keep track of them all; I’m very good at “sticking and moving” because my mind can quickly move from thing to thing.

In hindsight, the 12-14 hour days for years on end were just a form of escapism to avoid dealing with my problems and outside of work I was a total disaster and eventually burning the candle at both ends catches up to you.

Can you elaborate about the brain anatomy/functions please?
