Here you go, I have a long way to go before I'm actually good, but for a TTRPG campaign, this is good enough for me and my players.
top left are the earlier sprites from last year, they get progressively more recent, the bottom ones are boss fights.
my job is easier since I have to do 0 animation, these would look even shittier than they are if I did have to animate them.
