might be a good plan. it's definitely getting hoter here, too. if you decide to head out, maybe make it a shorter ride than usual. friend and i headed out for our workout, but we also decided to just go for a very quick hike afterwards because of the heat. it can be fun to push yourself, but it's also important to know your limits.

yeah... we always we'll keep it simple and reduced, but then we just make a bit of this. and a bit of that. and maybe some of this as well. we always makw way more to eat at occasions like that. and a friend of the family brought raki and i really can't deal with that stuff at all.
